- Important Information: His mother is Arianna Dumbledore, but not the sister of Albus and Aberforth, the granddaughter of Aberforth Dumbledore, who named her after his late sister. His father is Theseus Scamander, son of Newt and Tina - named after Newt's brother. He has an aunt named Leta, but otherwise family is open.
- He was only 3 when he showed his first signs of magic. It happened when his grandfather brought him into the magical briefcase and one of the creatures approached him. He took a bit of the food Newt gave him to give to the animals and it floated over to the animals. Newt was so proud - but so were his parents.
- When he was 11 he was sorted into Hufflepuff, which he was very proud of. His grandmother wanted him to go to Ilvermorny but like his father and aunt, he went to Hogwarts. It was closer to home anyways, and he loved the Forbidden Forest he heard about that Hogwarts had. Even if it were forbidden.
