Given Severus was friends with the Lestranges at school, it would stand to reason he would know a Lestrange son during his younger years. Of course, whether this is Rabastan's or Rodolphus's son is up to the player. They'd have known each other for years - probably way back to the point they can't remember a time when they didn't know the other. Lestrange would be a lot more outgoing while Elian is a more quiet and pensive sort. I'd like to see a popular sort as Lestrange, but otherwise his personality would be up to you. It'd be fun to plot out somethings that could be mentioned in RP (ex. Remember that time you got stuck in that tree and I had to climb up and get you down?). Likely Slytherin.
